IT Specialist (AI & E-commerce Systems)

We are a growing e-commerce company operating across multiple markets and sales channels. We are looking for someone to join our team who will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the systems behind our sales — websites, online stores, warehouse tools, automations, and marketplace integrations. We are looking for someone who treats AI and language models as an everyday work tool and can use them to build working solutions, rather than just talk about them.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a technical, independent person focused on solving real-world problems. Professional experience is not required. If you can work with code — including using Claude or another LLM for assistance — understand how systems work, and learn quickly, we are also happy to speak with people who are just starting out.
Responsibilities
- Building and developing websites, landing pages, and company online stores,
- Development and maintenance of internal warehouse systems and tools supporting company processes,
- Administration of listings and stores on sales platforms (Allegro, Empik, Erli, eMAG, Amazon) — managing offers, parameters, feeds, and integrations,
- Creating automations and integrations between systems — APIs, product feeds, synchronization of stock levels and orders,
- AI-assisted coding — writing and developing code with the support of Claude and other language models, as well as implementing AI tools to improve team efficiency,
- Day-to-day technical support for the company — hardware, accounts, access permissions, and minor issues that simply need to be taken care of.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of programming fundamentals (e.g., TypeScript, Python, or other programming languages) — at a level that allows you to independently build and run a working solution,
- Ability to work effectively with language models (Claude, ChatGPT, or others) — writing code, debugging, and automation with their support,
- Logical, analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to find the root cause, not just the symptom,
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations,
- Independence and accountability for assigned solutions — from concept, through implementation, to maintenance.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce or working with sales platforms (Allegro, Amazon, BaseLinker, and similar),
- Knowledge of modern web frameworks (e.g., Next.js, React),
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, or logistics integrations,
- Knowledge of no-code and low-code tools for process automation,
- Basic knowledge of server administration, hosting, and domains,
- Proficiency in English at a level allowing smooth use of technical documentation.
What we offer
- Real impact on the company — you build systems used daily by the entire team, with immediately visible results,
- Full freedom in using AI — working with Claude and other models is our standard here, not a topic for a separate internal policy,
- A wide scope of tasks — from frontend, through integrations and automations, to warehouse systems — meaning real experience, not just one narrow slice,
- Onboarding under the guidance of an experienced mentor who will genuinely introduce you to the tech side of e-commerce — instead of leaving you with documentation and good luck wishes,
- Flexible cooperation model and individually agreed terms — we will tailor them to your skills and what you are looking for.
