Graphic Designer (E-commerce Graphic Designer)

We are a growing e-commerce company operating across multiple markets and sales channels. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team, responsible for the complete visual layer of our products — from listing thumbnails and auction content, through graphics for product pages, to packaging designs, labels, and their mockups. We are looking for someone who understands that graphics in e-commerce have one job: make the product stand out from the competition, dispel customer doubts, and lead to a purchase.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a creative, independent, and meticulous person who can turn a product photo into a thumbnail that gets clicked first. Professional experience is not required. If you have a sense of composition, know Photoshop or other graphic tools, and learn quickly — we'd love to see your portfolio, even if it currently consists of personal projects, graphics for friends, or course work.
Responsibilities
- Designing listing thumbnails and main images for marketplaces (Allegro, Amazon, eBay) — in accordance with the technical requirements of each platform,
- Creating full graphical content for listings and product pages: product feature sections, infographics, variant comparisons, instructions for use, size charts,
- Preparing A+ Content / Rich Content as well as store banners and category sections,
- Designing product packaging and labels — layouts, print-ready file preparation, working with dielines provided by the print house,
- Creating visualizations and packaging models (3D and 2D mockups) for listings, presentations, and sales materials,
- Processing and retouching product photos: background removal, color correction, set compositions, packshots,
- Designing additional materials: flyers, package inserts, QR codes, manuals, wholesale client materials,
- Adapting existing designs for other markets, languages, and formats — ensuring brand consistency across all channels,
- Maintaining visual consistency across all brands and products in the company's portfolio, as well as keeping source files and the asset library organized.
Requirements
- Creativity and the ability to create attractive visual materials,
- A strong sense of aesthetics and knowledge of composition principles, typography, and color theory,
- Accuracy and attention to detail — in product graphics and pre-press, an error costs real money,
- Sales mindset and awareness that good graphics should not only look good, but above all, convert,
- Using AI tools for graphic creation, image processing, and automating repetitive tasks.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in graphic software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, Affinity),
- Basics of 3D work and creating packaging visualizations (e.g. Blender, Dimension, Cinema 4D),
- Knowledge of file preparation for print: bleeds, CMYK, color profiles, working on dielines,
- Knowledge of marketplace graphic requirements (Allegro, Amazon, eBay),
- Experience in product photography or retouching,
- Portfolio of completed graphics, packaging designs, product cards, or other visual materials.
What we offer
- Real impact on results — your graphics will be live in sales from week one, without getting lost in corporate red tape,
- Working on multiple brands, products, and markets simultaneously — a broad overview of e-commerce, not just one narrow slice,
- Projects that end up as a physical product on the shelf and in the customer's hands, not a presentation in a drawer,
- Onboarding under the guidance of an experienced mentor who will genuinely teach you product graphics and e-commerce — instead of leaving you with documentation and good luck wishes,
- Flexible cooperation model and individually agreed terms — we will tailor them to your skills and what you are looking for.
